Sign in for RESIDENTIAL CAMPERS is on Sunday between 12:00pm and 1:30pm. DAY CAMPERS please sign in between 1:30 and 2:00pm. The first session begins at 2:30 pm for both day and sleepover campers on that Sunday.
ROOM CHECK OUT is on Thursday between 1:30pm and 2:30pm. Parents please note that check out is for the PLAYERS to clean out their rooms. During this time you are asked to pick up your son/daughters luggage which will be packed and placed outside of the room. The final tournament games will begin at 3:00pm and you are free to leave immediately after the games finish.*If you have any questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please make sure the following items are sent at least 10 days prior to the start of the program to Soccer Extreme, 644 Danbury Road Road, Wilton, CT 06897.
1) Medical Form (attached in confirmation email) - Please return a copy via post or upload online via your Soccer Extreme account and attach to participants.
2) Remaining Balance - login to your Soccer Extreme account to pay balances
Please note:Your child will not be able to participate in the camp activities without a signed medical form and waiver as well your balance being $0. We appreciate your promptness in getting these items to us
As a player looking to improve your performance, you should try to enter camp in the best physical condition you can. Stay active and eat healthy. This will help in the prevention of injuries during the week.
Cleats/Turfs We also strongly suggest that you 'break these in' before you arrive. Although, brand new, unused cleats look nice they may cause you pain during the week.
Tee-Shirts, Shorts, Socks and Shin Guards: (Remember there are 3 sessions per day!)
Sneakers: For indoor soccer use (we play indoor soccer in the gymnasium)
Snacks: Players can bring snacks/drinks for their room however there is no way to keep these refrigerated in the rooms themselves. We do our best to discourage children from sharing or trading snacks however, this does occasionally occur and many children experience severe allergies to peanuts.Bed Linens, Blankets, Sheets and Pillows
Bring a fan (not all of the rooms at the school are air conditioned)
Players will have the opportunity to use the pool at the school so please bring a bathing suit and additional towel(Please note that the school does not permit air conditioners and refrigerators for the room)
For your Health/Hygiene: Sandals for showers, Towels and Toiletries, Sunscreen.Other important Items: Alarm Clock, Equipment Bag, Water Bottle. Flip Flops/Sandals.
Half Day Campers = 9:00am - 5:00pm (Lunch Included)Full Day Campers = 9:00am - 8:00pm (Lunch and Dinner Included)
All players will have the option to swim on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so if your child wishes to participate please bring a bathing suit and towel. Please bring indoor footwear on all days as well as outdoor in case of bad weather we will play inside.
Water provision: Drinking water is provided on all fields for all sessions. We use 5 Gallon water containers on all of the fields. These are refilled for the beginning of each session and our coaches are encouraged to give all players frequent water break to avoid the onset of dehydration.
Authorization for the Administration of Medication Parents/guardians requesting medication administration to their child while at camp shall provide the program with appropriate written authorization(s) and the medication before any medications are administered. The form can be found at the bottom of the document.Security Deposit/Bank: On the first day of camp, at registration time you will be able to setup a camp bank fund of up to $75 for your son/daughter. During the week, the Soccer Extreme staff will keep record of any money used at the camp retail store and canteen (opened nightly). Any money left over will be handed back at the end of camp or mailed back the Monday after camp is through. This money will also be used as a security deposit for the dorm rooms.
• Please make your roommate requests no later than 2 weeks prior to camp. Players requesting each other will be honored so please make sure that you are on the same page with your roommate.• As well as requesting a roommate, your son/daughter will be kept together with the rest of his/her team in a section of the dormitory. If no roommate is requested your son/daughter will be roomed with a person of similar age.
When is the balance Due? All balances are due in full by June 1st. If you are applying after June 1st you must complete payment in full along with your application.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
For all residential camps:
The deposit of $100 is non-refundable. Cancellations made 15 days prior to the start of camp are subject to a 50% refund and also 50% credit to attend Soccer Extreme Camps in 2019, less the cost of the $100 non-refundable deposit. If a student leaves camp early for medical reasons, the portion of time missed from the camp less the deposit can be used as credit to attend Soccer Extreme Camps in 2019. We reserve the right to handle all refunds on an individual basis.
For all day camps:
A $25 management fee will be incurred. Cancellations made 15 days prior to camp are subject to a 50% refund and also 50% credit to attend Soccer Extreme Camps in 2019, less the cost of the $25 management fee. If a student leaves camp early for medical reasons, the portion of time missed from the camp less the deposit can be used as credit to attend Soccer Extreme Camps in 2019. We reserve the right to handle all refunds on an individual basis.
